[tn-moths] 9693 Condica mobilis?

I called this one a 9699 Condica sutor but when I posted it to the Mothing FB 
page, Maury Heiman suggested that it might be a 9693 Condica mobilis with a 
poorly developed reniform spot. Is there any way to separate the 2 without 
seeing the hindwing?
