My guess would also be Anna’s.  I have never seen one with that much black on 
the hindwing.

Sorry this photograph is not better, but would appreciate opinion on identity.  
There is none like it in all the Tiger Moth photos carried in "Moth Photographs 
Group".  Is it an unique form of "Anna's Tiger" moth or another kind?  Comments 
appreciated.
