Central Daylight Time, howellh2@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx writes: Ladies and Gentlemen, I photographed this specimen today at Buffalo Springs WMA in Grainger County. It is a female, and was ovipositing in mud along Buffalo Creek. It was a large dragonfly, noticeably larger than a Great Blue Skimmer perched nearby.
