Hello all;
Just a reminder that we will be conducting the 9th annual Stevenson,
Alabama NABA butterfly count tomorrow, July 16. Anyone is invited to
participate. You do not have to be a butterfly expert! Be sure to bring
plenty of water to drink (one bottle isn't enough!!!!), snacks,
sunblock. Be prepared to wade through some weedy fields and wear a hat.
Weather is supposed to be a bit cooler than earlier in the week. We'll
keep fingers firmly crossed that it doesn't rain.
You have two choices of where to meet:
Meet 9:00 Eastern at the Food Lion on Brown's Ferry Road in Chattanooga
to caravan to Stevenson, AL. Be prompt! I won't wait long after 9:00
before leaving for Stevenson.
Meet 10:00 Eastern at Stevenson City Park in the first parking lot you
come to after entering the park from Hwy. 117.
