Hey Folks,Here are the results for the Decatur County count this past Saturday. 
 The morning started out a little cool and slow, but picked up nicely by 11:00 
and turned out to be a great day.  It was nice to see the good number of Little 
Yellows and these were my FOY Gulf Fritillaries.  Curiously absent were Eastern 
Comma and Question Mark, as well as Carolina Satyr. Bart JonesMemphis, Shelby

on U.S. Hwy. 412 over the Tennessee R. in Perryville. See 2006 report for 
habitats. Habitat changes since last year: Mowing along roads and vacant lots 
decreased much of the typical habitats where a lot of the counting takes place. 
 A very productive wet meadow behind the post office in Parsons was mowed, 
removing large stands of Indian Hemp and Butterflyweed. 02 June 2012; 1000-1730 
hrs;  sun AM  76-100%, PM 51-75%; 67-78°F; wind 3-7 mi/hr. 7 observers  in 1 
party. Total party-hours 7.5; total party-miles on foot 2.  Observers:  B.
