[TN-Butterflies] FOY and BAMONA for Monroe County

We did a family trip to the area east of Tellico Plains today. All of these
should be FOY, those in bold are new for the county assuming they are
accepted.
* Zebra Swallowtail
* Checkered White
* West Virginia White
* Clouded Sulphur
* Spring Azure
* Mourning Cloak
* Eastern Tiger Swallowtail
* Eastern Comma
* Question Mark
* American Snout
I saw several Duskywings but they wouldn't sit long enough for a good look
much less a picture.
