[TN-Butterflies] Confused again

I visited a friends place today and saw a Confused Cloudywing on and around her
Zinnia patch. It's about 20 miles from my farm but unfortunately it's still in
Chester County so no new record.
I can't understand why hardly anyone else is finding this species.
