[TN-Butterflies] Cloudywing skipper id help requested

During last weekend's Foray, we found an interesting cloudywing in Moore

Because the pale wing markings are so large, first thought is Southern. 
However, there is no sign of any white in the antenna.
There is also no obvious white on the face. Does this mean it can't be Southern 
or Confused?
Can a Northern be this well marked?
Inquiring minds want to know.....
