[TN-Butterflies] Book Inquiry

Several months ago there were a number of posts regarding books published by
the US Department of Agriculture. One was entitled Rare, Declining, and Poorly
Known Butterflies and Moths of Forests and Woodlands in the Eastern United
States. The other was a companion volume covering the Western states. One
particular individual was listed (with e-mail address) as the contact person
for ordering these volumes. Would someone out there still have that contact
information? I already have the excellent "Eastern" volume, but would like to
get the "Western" volume as well.
