TN-Birders: Please do not forward list management messages to the list. It is important that each message posted to TN-Birds Net have an appropriate subject line. " [TN-Bird] FW: Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" is an inappropriate subject line. The original subject line of "immature Glossy Ibis" appears to be the correct subject for this message posted by Mr. Rick Houlk of Ocoee, TN. If Mr. Houlk had simply reposted the message, readers would not have to sift through the list management header details to get to the neat Glossy Ibis report he was generously sharing with TN-Birds Net subscribers. If Mr. Houlk had sent the moderator a private e-mail message, pointing out the difficulty with posting to the list, I would have explained that the original message he sent to TN-Birds used the wrong list address and his internet service provider (hotmail.com) was unable to reach a destination mail server for TN-Birds. Therefore hotmail returned it to the author with a notification of delivery failure. The correct address of TN-Birds Net is tn-bird@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and not tn-bird@xxxxxxxxxxxx which caused the inability of hotmail.com to connect to TN-Birds. It is simple: the correct address is tn-bird@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (with an "s" ) in the word freelists and not tn-bird@xxxxxxxxxxxx (without the letter "s" in the word freelists). Let's go birding......
