[TN-Bird] pacific loon in dekalb county

A Pacific Loon was present at the Floating Mill
Recreation Area, Center Hill Lake, DeKalb Co.,
TN, today at 10:30 and 12:30; when last seen,
it was resting with head tucked back near 2
Common Loons; it should remain till dark today;
it may remain overnight if we get any rain this
evening.

When you get to the boat ramp area in the FMRA,
scan the water due west, which is 90 degrees
to the left if you are standing at the boat ramp
and looking directly ahead at the little inlet where
the boat ramp is located.; the PALO was resting
with head tucked back near two COLOs at 12:30.
I find it best to walk down the ramp to the courtesy
dock, then walk west about a hundred meters to
the first picnic table near the water and scope from
that general area.
