I believe your birds are Brown Thrashers.Note the barely visible white wing
bars.

Two of these were on the ground in our habitat in front yard under bush and
wisteria. By the time I had camera ready, one left and the other was in
wisteria as photo shows. I believe it’s a Wood Thrush. I was only able to get
one photo and it didn’t get head very well.
