[tn-bird] Western Grebe

Six Chattanooga birders successfully located the WEGR on Norris Lake today.  
It was first seen a little before noon from the parking area just past the 
old bridge and later was seen from an area approximately .2 mile back from 
the bridge.  He was very actively feeding for a long time.

Betty Wampler, Alberta Oliver and Carol Fegarido arrived just after 
Dan Williams, Brainard Cooper and Susan Schott.
