[TN-Bird] Waterfowl on Douglas Lake, Sevier County TN

There are 4 White-winged Scoters on Douglas Lake headwaters between the swim 
area and the south bank. The birds are pretty far distant but easily identified 
by their size and shape and white wing patches when flapping.Keith
