On the way to work this morning, a kingbird flew across in front of my truck
in east Memphis. The quick take on color and flight told me it was not an
Eastern but I could not see enough details for a definite ID, so I turned
around
and spent 15 minutes looking for the bird in an apartment complex. I finally
found a Western Kingbird perched on a roof line. This is my latest sighting for
this species by a month. A good way to start a work day....

Good Birding!!!
