[TN-Bird] Virginia Birder Visiting Lookout Mtn area

Hi All,
  I am a birder from the Roanoke, Virginia area.  I will be visiting
the Lookout Mtn area around the 1st of August.  My target species for
the trip are:

Red Crossbill
Bachman's Sparrow
Least Bittern

What are common target species for this area?

Can anyone offer guidance on where to go birdwatching to find these species?
