[TN-Bird] Usefull information concerning hywassie refuge

If you are a Sprint cell customer, you know that there is no service in that 
area.
I discovered that if you go to the concrete slab (handicap parking) at the 
Cherokee memorial, you can get a signal. 
Thought I would share.
I also saw two sub-adult bald eagles while I was there. (soaring)
