[TN-Bird] Re: Two testy hummingbirds....one a rufous??????????

It is not too early for Rufous.  In fact, most years, one or two are reported 
in August, and this year was no exception (one has returned to a Knoxville 
feeder for the fourth or fifth year I think, as of a couple of weeks ago).  
These are often adult males, but in my opinion, that is simply because the 
female/immature birds are not so easily detected among the large numbers of 
Ruby-throats this time of year.
