The Dyer County Tricolored Heron continues this morning on the West side
of the Great River Road just North of HWY 103.
Getting late but a female Brewer’s Blackbird continues in Lake County
near the Phillippy Pits.
A single Redhead in Tiptonville and a female Red-breasted Merganser in
Dyer County were the highlights of large numbers of continuing waterfowl in
flooded fields.
A basic plumaged SANDERLING along HWY 88 in Lauderdale County was
shorebird #14 for the day, otherwise only expected species. Large numbers
of shorebirds continue in the area but it takes some work to find anything
that’s not a Yellowlegs.
