[TN-Bird] TVA - Robco Lakes - Memphis TN

Two trips by TVA Lake today found a large number of Lesser and Greater  Scaup 
with a few other duck species in the mix. In among the 85 Ring-billed  Gulls, 
were 3 Bonaparte's and a larger white gull sleeping that suddenly morphed  
into a ROSS'S GULL, they can be amazingly small. The single white goose rule,  
rules. None of the 3 Long-tailed Ducks nor the Black Scoter  were present  on 
either visit. 
 
The mass of scaup that had been using Robco Lake has evidently headed  north, 
but while counting the 1500 left, I found the wintering female  LONG-TAILED 
DUCK and another BLACK SCOTER. Other new birds seen  among the 100 Ring-billed 
Gulls and 12 Bonaparte's were 11 FORSTER'S  TERNS.
