[TN-Bird] Swallow-tailed kite, Cades Cove, Blount County

I observed a Swallow-tailed kite today at 1206 flying near the Abrams  
Falls Trail parking lot in Cades Cove.  It was first observed circling with  
two 
Turkey vultures and continued getting higher as it was traveling southeast  
over Cades Cove.  I last saw it, the two TVs and two other hawks very high  
above the Cable Mill intersection before they disappeared behind the  
clouds.
