[TN-Bird] Swallow-tailed Kite (another one) in Rhea Co.

My brother (Shane) and mom just saw another one on the Washington
Ferry Bridge on Hwy 30 over the Tennessee River. This was at 3:40
Eastern Time.
Also the Swallow-tailed Kite in Sequatchie Valley has seen in the
vicinity of the Cookie Jar Cafe sign as of 11:45 CT this morning along
Kelly Cross Rd.
