[TN-Bird] Signs of spring?

Don't tell the birds it is not quite spring. Today I watched a Mourning Dove
buiding its nest and an American Robin carrying a large wad of nesting
material on the University of Tennessee Ag-campus. On March 14th, I watched a
Carolina Wren carrying nesting material on the Third Creek trail, but I lost it
in
the undergrowth. Also, the Rock Pigeons are sitting on nests under a railroad
bridge over Cumberland Avenue, but do they ever really stop nesting?
