[TN-Bird] Shelby Co. Scissor-tails and Westerns

The Scissor-tail Flycatchers and Western Kingbirds continue at President's 
Island; Mac and I saw them on Memorial Day 
(May 28th), which meant there were few 18-wheelers zooming by!
