This morning I have seen wave after wave of Sandhills heading south. They
are flying over my home in Southeast Bradley County.. Spectacular is the best
I can describe them. Several groups have circled over the house waiting to
catch an updraft. I really have not been able to count them but an estimate
would be around 500 this morning. They have been sailing along at a rapid
rate except for the couple of groups searching for a good updraft. Great
Birding.
