[TN-Bird] Rufous Hummingbird Day 50

The big 5 0 seems to be a source of depression when most people reach
it, but it is a time of joy in the Curtis household when Willie reaches
it ! He celebrated his 50th day with us by coming to the feeder for his
check-in drink at 6:39 a.m. while it was still pitch dark except in the
light provided by the heat lamp. If he keeps his routine, he will soon
settle down and sit on the feeder and enjoy the warmth of the lamp on
this cooler morning.
We will be away Saturday afternoon for a funeral service but will be
home this morning and Saturday morning and Sunday afternoon if anyone
wants to come and see him. Just let us know so as we run errands we can
be sure one of us is here.
