[TN-Bird] Reeve at Phillipy Pits in Lake Co.

Mike Todd just called a few minutes ago and said that he had found a Reeve 
(female Ruff) in Lake County at the Phillipy Pits. It was in the main pit on 
the south side of the road. 

This is on Phillipy Road (it comes west off of Hwy. 78 approx. 10 miles or so 
north of Tiptonville) right near the jct. with the New Markham Levee Road at 
the Miss. River levee. Hopefully this bird will stick around for others to see.
