[TN-Bird] Reelfoot - Western Grebe etc.

It took waiting almost an hour for the sleeping bird to wake up for an I'D. The 
bird is out from Bob's Landing along with a Black Scooter in a large mixed 
flock.

The White Pelican that we could not find on the CBC and was not seen yesterday 
is back on the west end. It sticks out like a sore thumb.
