[TN-Bird] Red head duck at Pellissippi Pond in west Knox County

Yes, there is a male red headed duck on the pond at the Pellissippi State
Campus in west Knox County, Tennessee. Kelly Roy and I saw him there around
11:30 - 12:00 this morning, swimming around and diving. The only other
water fowl were about 100 or so Canada Geese, mostly on dry land around the
pond. And 2 Muscovys.
