The TN-Bird listserv is configured to prevent subscribers from attaching photos
and other files. It is a shame that this list can't allow such files for all
of us to share. If someone sends such a file to the list, the server strips
that out of their message. Birders sometimes mention having attached photos
but then you don't find them. We enjoy TN-Bird and would love to attach photo
files. Nevertheless, a list with as many subscribers (even a few in other
countries) would always be at risk of spreading viruses to your computer if we
did not provide this measure of control. Some people want to enjoy the
benefits of a list such as TN-Bird but they simply cannot bring themselves to
do even the most simple and easy things required by the list. It is a shame
but the list has to be configured to protect all subscribers.

Someone please tell me why when someone says pictures attached. I see nothing
to open. Some I have been able to open when something is attached that gives
you an open website.

first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
You are also required to list the COUNTY in which the birds
you report were seen. The actual DATE OF OBSERVATION should
appear in the first paragraph.
