[TN-Bird] Percy Priest Lake Red-throated Loon

I made a run over to Percy Priest before work this morning and was able to
relocate the Red-throated Loon that was reported yesterday. It flew in around
7:15 just off the boat ramp and then swam north (left) and into the small bay
just north of the ramp. I wasn't able to relocate the Pacific Loon or the
Western Grebe (I hope that bird was not just a one-hit wonder).
