[TN-Bird] Northern Rough-winged Swallows in Chattanooga, Hamilton co. TN

I observed two Northern Rough-winged Swallows over the Tennessee River
near the Market Street Bridge in downtown Chattanooga this morning
(2/2). This is a little early; we usually start seeing them sometime
during the second week in March.
