[TN-Bird] No MacGillivray's Thursday am

I was at Radnor Lake this morning from 8:00-10:15 with no sight or sound of 
the MacGillivray's.  There was a strong breeze, so maybe it's hunkered down 
somewhere.
Others are still there searching, so maybe it will turn up.
