This Sunday, May 16, the PBS Nature show (Channel 2, Knoxville at 8:00 p.m.) is "Pale Male", the name given to one of the red-tailed hawks that were nesting in NYC in the late 1990's on a high rise building on 5th Avenue. This was also the subject of a terrific book, "Red Tails in Love" which also described birding in Central Park.
