NTOS has added a field trip not listed in our newsletter for this Saturday, April 19. The new Shelby Bottoms Nature Center in Nashville will be hosting an Earth Day bird hike from 8:00-10:00. All ages are welcome but please register first by calling 862-8539. If you get an answering machine, please leave your name, phone #, zip code, and how many people are coming. NTOS member Barbara Harris will be leading this trip from the Nature Center which is located next to the Shelby Bottoms parking lot under the railroad trestle. For those wanting an earlier start, we'll meet at 7:00 at the Shelby Park Community Center parking lot at 401 S 20th St., and bird the Mission Hill trail first. To get to the Community Center, take the Shelby Ave. exit from I-24 (east side of downtown). Turn right (away from the city). Continue east on Shelby Ave. to S 20th St. and turn left. The parking lot will be at the end of the block. Help us celebrate Earth Day by welcoming migrants back! Jan Shaw Nashville, TN **************It's Tax Time!
