[TN-Bird] Mottled Duck at Ensley Bottoms

The Mottled Duck came in to TVA Lake about 2:00 Saturday afternoon, across from
Ensley Bottoms, next to TVA Allen power plant, Shelby County. It was still
there when we left at 3:30.
