[TN-Bird] Morristown Fish Hatchery

I stopped by the fish hatchery this morning to see if the phalarope was still 
around but it was not evident. Only other water birds there was 2 Spotted 
Sandpipers, a Killdeer, and a Mallard family. 

I did go to Bridge Burner's Blvd. and Joachim Bible Refuge and saw one and 
heard 4 Dickcissels at Bridge Burner's Blvd. and heard 3 Dickcissels at the end 
of Guy Matthews Lane at the Refuge.
