Hi Birders: Here is the summary data for Mendota Hawk Watch 2003 as of 9/18/03: BWH 815 CH 2 OS 4 SSH 6 AK 5 NH 2 Merlin 2 BE 1 Total: 837 This weekend should be a good time to visit the tower and join in the fellowship and fun. Last year we had a total of 3,553 birds, and in 2001, we had 6,371. So there should be a lot more birds on the way unless blown out by the storm.
