Greetings, Yesterday at the Waterford Assisted Living Facility on Sawyer Brown Road where I am staying during this part of my recuperation, I went out for a breath of air after lunch and heard and saw a loggerhead shrike in a tree in the back yard of the house which faces north on the street just north of the Waterford's patio which is right behind our dining room. IF YOU LOOK FOR IT, PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB WATERFORD RESIDENTS OR PROPERTY=============I DON'T WANT TO GET THROWN OUT OF THIS LOVELY SPOT. My room phone is 615 646 5435, but I may be in the dining room, at church services, in physical therapy or using the line for my computer, so may not be "phoneable." I'll try to post by NOON today if I see or hear it again. Love those loggerheads! (Whoops! What if I "goofed" and it's a "straggler Northern" escaping that Northern cold-?---ummmm, don't think so, but..........................) Cheers & prayers, Dee Thompson Nashville,TN =================NOTES TO SUBSCRIBER===================== The TN-Bird Net requires you to SIGN YOUR MESSAGE with first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
