This afternoon ,to break up a long day ,we decided to take a ride to the
country. The target bird was Loggerhead Shrike. We returned home 2 hours later
with the satisfaction of sighting 4 Loggerhead Shrike . Each one located in
different locations , but in the location as described in previous sightings
by other KTOS members (hwy. 321 ,Blount county) (Axley Chapel / Fisher Lane
junction)( Axley Chapel / National Campground junction) ( Carpenter Loop road /
top of the hill ).The last three are in Loudon County.
