(west Knox Co.) Thurs night (31 Aug 2006) about 11:30 PM while doing the usual last-chance-before-bedtime dog walking, I heard about a half-dozen flight calls of thrushes migrating overhead. Had a small group of migrants earlier that night (~7PM) including a Black-and-white, at least 2 Chestnut-sided and 1 Canada Warbler and a few Blue-gray Gnatcatchers. I had Chestnut-sided and Tennessee that morning. Unfortunately the flight last night didn't produce any migrants this morning (at least before I had to go to work) except 1 lone Common Nighthawk and the usual assortment Ruby-throated Hummingbirds.
