[TN-Bird] Knox County - Amherst - Rose-breasted Grosbeak

Wednesday evening (7PM) I noticed an unusual bird at my new feeder. I'm
a "casual observer" and an extreme novice, and I thought it was a female
cardinal (due to it's beak) but it was too bright in color. Pulled out
my book to see it was a Rose-breasted grosbeak. The first time I have
ever noticed it in my yard.
Do they mainly migrate through, or are they regulars in East TN?
I live in Knox County, near the Weisgarber post office in Amherst area.
