[TN-Bird] Knox Co. Hummers

I maintain 3 big 6-port feeders, and with peak viewing season approaching,
my numbers are way down this year. 6 birds at a time is the most I've been
able to count, whereas last year at this time I could easily count twice
that many.
Anyone else noticing reduced numbers of hummingbirds this year? Any
reasoning as to why?
Also, my first hummer of the year showed up a week later than normal. One
would think that the previous mild winter and early bloom season would have
the opposite effect.
