[TN-Bird] Kentucky Lake redux

I decided to spend a gorgeous Fall day visiting some of the same areas Mike 
Todd reported earlier (Oct 13).  I ended up seeing some of the same birds, 
most passerine migrants have moved on.
At Pace Point, the field below the maintenance building still held a few 
SEDGE WRENS, and 4 LECONTE'S SPARROWS were nice.  No Sharp-tails noted.  Toward 
the point proper, 2 AMERICAN PELICANS could be seen from the parking area, and 
a 
check of the large inlet just south yielded a total count of 14, probably 
remnants of the same flock that Mike saw earlier.  Several LINCOLN'S SPARROWS 
were present as was one ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER.  2 DUNLIN were with the gull 
roost at the point.  

The boat launch at the Big Sandy Mouth featured a number of soaring gulls 
that included several FRANKLIN'S and LAUGHING GULLS in the flock.  Numbers 
difficult to estimate. 

Very few diving ducks seen and zero loons.
