to clarify a question. I was asked. Both people were walking down a wooden path that goes through a marsh between two buildings 200 or so yards apart. Neither person was paying any attention to wildlife. (going to or from work) don't know about the colors of clothing. the wooden path passes within inches of the "nest" tree. the path now has barriers with signs stating its closed. what I meant by "official" is if someone wanted to interview the lady, they should be a **real** ornithologist or TWRA or something before I would give them contact information.
