Hi Carole
I've been sequestered in walls without windows for so many weeks that the Coots
might well have been in Kingston since October, too. And this morning as I
drove past K-25 - voila - 20-30 male Ring-necks and a very small number of
females. Where do all the rest of the females go in winter???

We've had a ring-neck here on the pond behind where I work in Knoxville since
Nov. 2. A few coots since October.
