[TN-Bird] Elizabethton spring count

The Lee & Lois Herndon chapter of TOS conducted the 68th consecutive 
Elizabethton Spring Count on Saturday, 30 April 2011.  The weather was 
nearly perfect, although it was rather cool to start.
Area covered:  Carter Co., & parts of adjacent Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi,
& Washington Cos.

30 observers in 6 parties tallied 152 species.
That's slightly above the 10-year (150 spp.) and 30-year (145 spp.) averages.
The all-time high was 161 species in 2005.
