[TN-Bird] ESA/TOS

HI folks,

I have some more politics I'd like to share with anyone interested.

It is about an issue the TOS Conservation Policy Committee has
drafted a letter to congressmen about.  Our president signed and sent
this letter.

I also sent a personal letter on this issue.
