While I waited at a stop light at the corner of Yale Rd and Covington Pike in the Raleigh section of Memphis, a fire truck came racing through the intersection, with lights flashing and sirens blaring. The noise and commotion flushed 75-100 Cedar Waxwings from a holly bush in the parking lot of a convenience store.
