Let's try again
I visited Duck River NWR this morning looking mostly for shorebirds
The
weather was better than predicted, but Shorebirds were in short supply
Only 8 species seen, none uncommon
"Good birds"
In a small pond on the main road, standing A Bittern
On the loop drive, at least 10 Sora calling, and one seen
In the road west of the gate at the NW corner of the loop - 2 Lark Sparrows
Not many passerine migrants around
